Order Shipment |

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business
days after the order is placed and payment has been received in full. Under
normal circumstances, orders are usually shipped the next business day if the
item is in stock. We will contact you if a certain item is not in stock or the
color requested is not available. It is always wise to request an alternate
color from your customers on your order form. You are less prone to lose an
order due to color preference that way. We do offer all the expedited services
UPS provide. Once again, check
the UPS Website for estimated rates for those services. Please remember
that we cannot ship to P.O. Box address, there must be a valid street address on
each order. On orders that require Freight Company delivery, a valid phone
number for the client must be provided. The Freight Company requires making an
appointment with the client prior to setting up delivery. In the case of a
refusal of delivery, co-op customer must contact the Freight Company directly
and make arrangements for the freight.
